Danielle Faye King is a powerhouse & it's no surprise for her willingness to take the reins of this local chapter & add to what the amazing previous leadership has already accomplished!

With her background of being a police officer order & fairness is her middle name, from the days of owning a fitness studio & coaching hundreds of women sweat equity is her secret sauce, currently the broker owner of Sage Counsel Realty & co-owner of Kingstruction her motto speaks volumes, She doesn't just want a seat at the table she wants the house!"
​
Danielle has been happily married for almost 18 years, is a mom of 3 & the eldest daughtet of her parents. Her leadership abilities and approach are unique and unparalleled but saying its effective is an understatement!
​
Her accolades & education match her accomplishments & career titles! For instance, she didn't just stop being a certified law enforcement officer, a certified personal trainer & cross-fit level one coach, nutrition specialist or her bachelor's degree in the discipline of Public Administration.
Mrs. King thought it'll be beneficial to add MBA, to her PhD in Management with a caveat of Leadership and Organizational Change, Realtor & Certified General Contractor to her already list of educational acronyms.

Allison Fingall
Mortgage Loan Officer-University Lending
Allison Fingall was born in New York City with a family who sparked her interest in banking and real estate. She began her banking career in 2006 and moved to Hawaii 4 years later where she met her husband, navy veteran & banker, Ryan. In 2012 they decided to move to the Emerald Coast, to settle down and raise their children.
​
Allison's passion for assisting and helping others brought her to begin her career in real estate and lending, with over 20 years of banking experience she brings her knowledge of sales, finance, and lending needs to her assist her clients and community with educating them on the importance of homeownership.
​
As the 2024 ECBOR President, Founder of the local Emerald Coast network BROTEC,
2023 United Way 40 Under 40 honoree, and one of the top producing lenders of University Lending Group - Niceville branch she dedicates her time to poring into her community by connecting realtors of all backgrounds together, providing their clients with home loan services and solutions, creating opportunities that acknowledge those realtors achievements, and organizing aswell as donating to charities that benefit minorities, women, and children.

When she is not doing all of the above her favorite hobbies includes playing tennis, singing, dancing, swimming, vacationing & spending time with her family. Allison is excited to be the 2026 Chairwoman of the Emerald Coast Board of Realist, she is a trustworthy, driven, devoted, dedicated, attentive, and caring addition to our chapter and will help ECBOR continue to excel to greater heights.

Nikita Chapman

Nikita Chapman is a 20-year veteran of the United States Air Force, whose leadership is defined by discipline, strategic focus, and integrity. As a mother of four and a registered nurse, she carries a deep commitment to service, bringing empathy, sound judgment, and a mission-oriented mindset into every professional environment.

In real estate, Nikita excels under pressure, drives solutions through complex situations with precision, and consistently delivers results built on preparation and accountability.

She leads with quiet confidence, favoring decisive action over attention and allowing her work to speak for itself. Guided by faith and grounded in purpose, Nikita is committed to continuous growth, meaningful community impact, and building a legacy that extends beyond her own success. Her leadership reflects a rare combination of resilience, clarity, and genuine service to others.

Nikita's goal is to help shape environments where minority real estate practitioners are not only supported but strategically positioned to lead spaces where their voices carry weight, inform policy, and drive meaningful outcomes.

Roshana Remo
Realtist - Epique Realty
Roshana Remo was born in San Diego, CA and spent half of her life growing up in Orange County, CA. Having been a science major, she entered into the field of nursing. Her desire is and always will be to help people and educate individuals about life and health. She constantly explore various disciplines to broaden her own knowledge in health, stability and ways that she can give back to her community.

After fourteen years of being a nurse, she has decided to shift careers. She developed a strong passion for real estate after having a wonderful buying experience when purchasing her first home. The lasting impression left behind was inettable; because of this, and other reasons, she decided to take the plunge of shifting careers and becoming a Real Estate Agent.
​
Roshana now serves as the National Director of Retention with Epique Realty, where she focuses on mentoring, growth, and providing agents with the resources and guidance they need to succeed. What drives her most is the belief that knowledge is power, and when we educate our communities about their buying power and homeownership opportunities, we help change lives.
Roshana is passionate about continuing NAREB's mission to empower, educate, and elevate our communities — ensuring that fairness and professionalism are at the forefront of all we do.

When she is not working, she loves to volunteer her time in nursing homes, writing music, coaching cheer, and most importantly spending time with her family.
She is honored to be the NAREB secretary. She vows to provide the same level of care and compassion to all those she meets, while working on helping people and their families find their dream home. She values family, and her number one goal is to ensure her clients are left satisfied.

Lisa Jackson
Realtist - Sage Counsel Realty
Lisa Jackson is a passionate Realtor dedicated to empowering her community through education, advocacy, and access to homeownership. Based along Florida's Emerald Coast, she has spent the past five years helping families navigate the homebuying process while promoting financial literacy and long-term stability through property ownership.

Lisa's purpose in real estate extends far beyond closing transactions. She is driven by a desire to help families build generational wealth and take part in the American dream of ownership.
​
She frequently hosts homebuying seminars that teach first-time buyers the fundamentals of homeownership, credit, and wealth building, ensuring her clients are equipped for lasting success.
​
Deeply rooted in service, Lisa is also the founder of the Prom Dress & Glam Drive, an annual community initiative that provides high school students with formal attire and confidence for their milestone events. Her work reflects her belief in giving back, creating opportunity, and investing in the future generation.
​
Lisa attended Hinds Community College in Jackson, Mississippi, before continuing her studies in Business Administration at Mississippi Valley State University. As a Realtor, community advocate, and member of the Women's Council of Realtors, Lisa is passionate about education, empowerment, and service.
Through hosting homebuying seminars and leading community initiatives, she's worked to uplift and educate families. It is her hope to bring that same dedication and leadership to NAREB, to expand opportunity, and to strengthen the future of minority homeownership.

With a strong foundation in business and a heart for community, Lisa aspires to serve within ECBOR to further its mission of promoting democracy in housing, closing the racial wealth gap, and creating pathways for generational success.

Dr. Robert Britton
Realtist - World Impact Realty
Dr. Britton wears many hats—and wears them well! He is an accomplished education consultant, academic success trainer, empowerment speaker, and the self-published author of five inspiring books centered on building personal resilience, mental toughness, and confidence.

His nationally recognized "Ready. Set. Go!" is a powerful movement aimed at impacting 100,000 lives across all 50 states-empowering individuals to thrive under pressure and pursue greatness.
A man of great intellect and faith, Dr. Britton holds a Bachelor's in Social Science, a Master's in Education from Faulkner University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University. He is also a proud and active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., dedicated to uplifting underrepresented communities and championing student success.
​
Recently named a 2025 International Impact Book Award recipient, Dr. Britton is now nominated for 2026 Author of the Year-a true testament to the impact of his work and message. As a dedicated Realtist® and advocate for equitable access, Robert is committed to leveraging his expertise to support the continued growth and success of both the Emerald Coast Board and NAREB as a whole. He wishes to build on our legacy of ensuring fair housing, expanding generational wealth, and empowering minority communities through education, collaboration, and leadership.

Treasurer
Denequa Rosado
Realtist - Coldwell Banker Realty
Denequa E. Rosado has been licensed in the Real Estate Industry since February 2022 and currently she is partnered with Coldwell Banker Realty, Fort Walton Beach.

She has earned her Military Relocation Professional (MP) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certifications. Prior to her career in the Real Estate Industry Denequa served over 20 years active duty in the United States Navy.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Park University and a Masters in Executive Leadership from LibertyUniversity.
​
Denequa has a strong desire to give back to the community, this is proven by her faithful service to her as Pensacola Stake Young Women President for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A nonprofit 501c3 whose focus is lead, mentor and minister to young women ages 12-18 in Pensacola and the surrounding areas.
​
Denequa lives in Milton Florida with her husband Jean and their three children Makayla, Maddison, and Jean Elijah and one dog named Pebbles.

Anna White

Anna is a licensed real estate agent with 7 years of experience as well as a Military Relocation Specialist(MRP) and Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) Coming from a military background as the spouse of a Retiree and a veteran herself, Anna understands honor, respect, and commitment.

She is enthusiastic about helping families find their dream home. Her approach is centered around building strong relationships. Anna is excited to rejoin ECBOR as the Assistant Treasurer for 2026.
​
In her free time, she enioys spending time with her Husband Simeon who loves to plays music and her Children. She also enjoys shooting photography and playing Mario Kart.

Secretary
Victoria Pope
Realtist - Sage Counsel Realty
Victoria is a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for efficiency, communication, and community engagement. As Secretary of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), She will bring a strong administrative background and a commitment to excellence in record keeping, correspondence, and member relations. Victoria is a veteran who served 6 years as an Aviation Resource Manager (administration support for fighter pilots).
​
She was responsible for managing/maintaining accurate base records. This included personnel files, duty rosters, training reports, etc. she also supported leadership planning and operations by organizing documentation, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports.
​
Currently Victoria is a full-time student, completing her bachelor's program with/ a concentration in Real Estate Portfolio management. She owns 2 investment properties that are rented out to families and plans to purchase her third early next year.
Victoria wants to share the knowledge she's gained regarding the DO's and DO NOT's of Real Estate! In the famous words of Henry Ford, "The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing." She is excited to bring her experience, energy, and passion for helping others in this incredible organization. Her goal is to support NAREB's mission by fostering strong communication, teamwork, and a spirit of service. Together, we can continue to empower communities, educate homeowners, and make a lasting impact.

Kesha Fowler

Kesha is a dedicated Real Estate Agent with six years of experience serving clients throughout Pensacola, Panama City, and the surrounding Gulf Coast communities.
Specializing in military relocations and first time homebuyers, she is known for her patience, clear communication, and ability to make every step of the process feel manageable and stress free.
​
Originally from Norman, Oklahoma, she has called the beautiful Emerald oast home for 22 years. Kesha brings a warm, community focus approach to her work, and takes pride in helping friends and families fin the place they re meant to call home.
​
When she's not guiding clients, she's cheering on her kids at their sporting events or enjoying a good college football game.
Kesha was the 2022 ECBOR Treasurer and looks foward to serving on the board again as the 2026 Assistant Secretary and pouring into her community!

Sergeant At Arms
Frank Smith
Realtist - Bastion Realty
Frank grew up on the Emerald Coast and has more than 15 years experience in sales, business, marketing, and customer service, which has given him the tools and skills to represent his clients with world-class service. He excels in helping relieve the stresses of the home buying process, to help make their transition as seamless as possible.
​
Frank also has a Finance degree, and is very knowledgeable with investment properties. His father retired from the military, so he is familiar with the military lifestyle and the pressures that can come from moving all the time. He is always eager to helping others achieve their goals and finding their piece of paradise here on the Emerald Coast.
​
Frank is looking forward to rejoining ECBOR and the 2026 board of directors as our Sergeant At Arms.

Chaplain
Pamela Paul
Branch Manager - Renasant Bank
Deaconess Pamela Paul has been a member of Christ Builders Incorporated, a DeFuniak Springs based multifaceted ministry since 2002. She was ordained a Deaconess in 2004 and also became the Corporate Secretary and the Administrative Secretary all in the same year.
​
Since then, Deaconess Pamela has become an Exhorter in the ministry and is part of the Adjutant Ministry working closely to the Bishop and First Lady. She : the School Administrator for the Christ Builders Community Bible School and wears several hats in Christ Builders.
​
Deaconess Pamela has done a lot of things for the glory of LORD, her church family, and community. She continues to serve the LORD and being a faithful member of Christ Builders serving not only as the above mentioned but also as a Prayer Captain Solider and a servant of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
​
Pamela is the current VP Branch Manager for Renasant bank in Freeport, FL. Her leadership skills and banking knowledge are what continues to bring new small business owners to entrust her and her staff with their financial needs.
